You agree not to use RoamDrop to:

• Break the law, or infringe other people’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Upload malware, unlawful content, stolen documents, or any material you don’t have the right to use.
• Harass, impersonate, defraud or harm others.
• Unlawfully process other people’s personal information or sensitive documents.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems, scrape the service, or run security testing against it without our written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its security and usage limits.
• Rely on recognized or suggested details for high-stakes decisions without checking the original source first.

A note on sensitive documents

You can store documents like tickets, confirmations and travel paperwork in RoamDrop. If you choose to store highly sensitive documents, do so knowing they’re kept on your device, and be careful when you export or share a trip with other people.

Enforcement

If content or behavior violates this policy or our Terms, we may take appropriate action, including removing access to the app or to future online features. Because RoamDrop is local-first, content stored only on your device remains under your control and your responsibility.
