Terms of Use

Last updated: July 28, 2026

In short: RoamDrop is a tool to help you organize travel information. It is not a travel agency and does not book or guarantee anything. Always verify your own bookings, dates, documents and travel rules from the original source.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Mariia Tararova, an independent developer based in Croatia (“RoamDrop,” “we,” “us”). By downloading, accessing or using the RoamDrop app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use RoamDrop.

2. What RoamDrop is — and isn’t

RoamDrop is a personal organization tool that helps you collect travel information (screenshots, PDFs, tickets, links, notes and bookings) and arrange it into a day-by-day trip. RoamDrop is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, booking service, immigration adviser, or insurer. We do not sell, book, guarantee or fulfill any travel product.

You are responsible for verifying all important details — passports, visas, entry rules, booking conditions, check-in times, prices, schedules and cancellation policies — directly with the relevant provider or authority.

3. Your content and responsibility

You keep ownership of the content you add to RoamDrop. You are responsible for the content you import and for having the right to use it. Because your content is stored on your device, keeping device backups is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RoamDrop to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious or unlawful material, or interfere with the app’s operation or security. You agree not to misuse the app in ways that could harm other people or the service.

5. Recognition and Smart Import accuracy

RoamDrop’s local recognition and any future Smart Import feature can misread or miss details in screenshots and documents. Recognized details are suggestions to help you, not facts you should rely on without checking. Always review extracted dates, times, places, prices, tickets and booking details before depending on them.

RoamDrop is not designed to process passports, ID cards, visas, payment cards or similar identity/payment documents with AI. If a document appears to contain high-risk identity or payment data, RoamDrop may block automatic import and ask you to add travel details manually.

6. Availability, updates and beta features

We may update, change, add or remove features, and some features may be experimental, labeled “coming soon,” or offered for testing. We aim to keep the app working well but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Pricing

RoamDrop is currently free to use. Manual planning, on-device recognition, trip sharing and PDF export are intended to remain free. We may offer optional paid features, including Smart Drops — consumable credits used only when cloud AI Smart Import turns a screenshot into a card. Purchased Smart Drops are consumable and are not intended to expire. Free onboarding Smart Drops and any promotional credits may be limited-time.

Smart Drops, if launched, are planned as consumable in-app purchases used when RoamDrop performs optional cloud AI actions for you. Pricing, what consumes a Smart Drop, refund/restore behavior, and any limits will be presented clearly before purchase or use. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s terms.

8. Disclaimers

RoamDrop is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for travel disruptions, missed bookings, denied entry, or other losses arising from your travel decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoamDrop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost data, or travel disruption arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Termination

You may stop using RoamDrop at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an in-app or on-site notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
